About the Role
Reporting to the Manager, Business Evolution, the Business Improvement Specialist is responsible for providing first level support for internal system users. This role provides subject matter expertise, troubleshooting and advice to users of the claims, policy and billing system.
This role provides input into the continued evolution of service delivery methods aimed at improving the customer experience, service quality and internal efficiency. The Business Improvement Specialist identifies, recommends and helps implement opportunities to enhance systems, procedures, tools and processes related to claims, policy and billing service areas.
Your Experience & Skills
A university degree in business or commerce or a related field and 1 year of demonstrated experience collaborating with others to make business improvements by leveraging technology and processes.
