About the Role
The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst is a newly created and pivotal role designed to optimize and support core Human Resources processes through effective use of HR technology. Acting as the primary liaison between HR and IT, this role ensures HR systems—particularly SAP SuccessFactors—are configured, maintained, and leveraged to their fullest potential.
Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, the HRIS Analyst partners closely with HR leaders, managers, and stakeholders across the organization to support modules such as Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruiting, Performance, Benefits, and Time Off. As the subject matter expert, the HRIS Analyst is responsible for reporting, maintaining data integrity, managing system environments (PROD, UAT, DEV), leading configuration and testing efforts, and driving process improvements. This role also supports release management, contributes to HRIS projects, and ensures compliance with data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR). Additionally, the Analyst develops user guides and training materials, delivers insightful dashboards and reports to leadership, and collaborates with IT and external vendors on system enhancements.
Your Experience & Skills
- A University degree Business, Human Resources, IT or related field
- 3 – 5 years of experience with Success Factors administration, configuration, and development in complex business environments.
- Strong understanding of HRIS principles, processes, and best practices
- Advanced experience using Microsoft Office tools.
We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $72,890 - $91,016.
